Application.
The kit is designed for mounting holders, fasteners, rigging and other accessories in the shape of a 12-pointed star on hard (aluminium, fibreglass, polyethylene, wood) surfaces. It consists of a Fs219 lock and a round mounting plate. The internal splines of the lock are 30°. The lock and the mounting plate are connected by 4 self-tapping screws 6, 3*32 DIN 9200, which are used to fasten the kit to the mounting surface. The diameter of the structure is 63 mm. The accessory adapter is installed all the way into the lock with the locking mechanism in the open position (UNLOCK), after which the lock is switched to the LOCK position, clamping 7 of the 12 teeth of the adapter. The design includes a protective plug, the fastening of which serves as a sealing gasket. Plastic parts are made of glass fibre-reinforced polyamide. The protective plug is made of PVC. Fasteners are made of A2 stainless steel.
