Inflatable PVC Boats

Modern PVC Boat - it's practically 100% manual labor and a range of "Know-How" production secrets that have been developed over the years.

Navigator Company is one of the leaders in the Ukrainian market. The factory produces 5 rowing and approximately 30 motor boats made of PVC, totaling about 35 different models.

Navigator - it's entirely Ukrainian production, material selection, adherence to technology, and quality control. Our boat lineup is the result of years of design and testing work. A boat starts with an idea, test calculations, as well as the selection of appropriate materials. The fabric is a five-layer reinforced polyvinyl chloride from German and Korean manufacturers. Such PVC fabrics are specially designed for watercraft production. The fabric must be selected correctly. The notion that denser is better is incorrect; overly dense fabric weighs down the product, and in low temperatures, assembling the boat becomes difficult.

Properly chosen PVC density is the optimal weight of the boat and convenience of use. Different models use fabrics of varying densities from 800 to 1100 g/m2. This depends on the future boat's operating conditions and its capacity.

A small boat model is the Navigator LG 240 - a two-seater classic boat with a "sealed bow section" and a hull diameter of 36 cm. Together, this provides good stability and maneuverability while rowing. Fabric with a density of 800 g/m2 is used here, resulting in a lightweight and compact product.

For the "Navigator H" series of motor boats, the densest fabric is used. These boats have a reinforced transom with moisture-resistant plywood and enlarged tubes. Such boats with a rigid or inflatable floor (HSD) can be operated with powerful engines up to 30 hp. They not only handle waves smoothly but also quickly plane.

For demanding operating conditions, the inflatable boat Navigator Baltic H 400 has additional bottom and tube reinforcement with 12 strips.

The cut material elements are welded together using the "hot air" method. This ensures their strength and hermeticity.

During the boat assembly, Navigator uses a special three-component adhesive that enhances the water and heat resistance of the adhesive joints. The boat hulls are reliably sealed and divided into several hermetic compartments, which enhances operational safety.

Precision in technology is crucial during production, so the company checks the quality of work at each stage.

Each category features several boat modifications. For motor boats, there are boats with low-pressure inflatable floors. The inflatable floor reduces vibrations, provides additional insulation, and adds an extra hermetic compartment, increasing operational safety. The use of an inflatable floor significantly reduces the product's weight compared to boats with rigid floors, making the boat more compact.

For example, the Navigator Cruize 350 boat with an inflatable floor weighs only 44 kg.

This is how quality PVC boats are made - factory prices and a wide range of products produced are the advantages of the Navigator company.
