Delivery further information

When you place an order, the delivery charge is automatically added, and you will see the total amount to be paid before confirming the order. While we regret the necessity of charging for carriage, we make every effort to keep these charges to a minimum.

Please note that all orders exceeding £50 in value or weighing more than 2 kilos will require a signature upon delivery. The delivery window is between 8 am and 6 pm, depending on the courier used. If you anticipate being unavailable during this time, kindly provide an alternative delivery address or include specific instructions in the notes section while placing your order.

Please take note of the following important details:

  1. For items weighing less than 2 kg, there may be a higher delivery charge. For instance, Royal Mail has specific size restrictions, requiring that the combined length + width + depth must not exceed 90 cm, with no single side longer than 60 cm.
  2. We strive to provide fast delivery and prompt dispatch of your orders. However, on occasion, certain items may not be immediately available. In such cases, we will notify you via email and back-order the unavailable item for delivery at a later date, at no extra charge. If you prefer to receive the rest of your order immediately, please contact us via phone. We only collect payment for items as they are dispatched.
  3. If you have chosen next day delivery and an item is unavailable for this service, we will contact you using the contact details you provided. We will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction with our delivery process.

Standard Service: 

  • We strive to dispatch goods within 3 working days.
  • Delivery for standard service is carried out via a courier and requires a signature.
  • Our goal is to deliver your standard service order within 5 working days.
  • Please note that this service operates exclusively on working days.

Next day delivery:

  • For next day delivery, orders received before midday GMT from Monday to Thursday will be delivered on the following working day.
  • Orders placed after midday on Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday if it is a working day.
  • If you place a next day order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will be delivered on Tuesday if Monday is a normal working day.

Courier delivery: 

  • The majority of our parcels are dispatched via courier services, with DHL being our primary carrier.
  • It’s important to note that courier delivery times typically range from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. We do not have control over specific time slots for delivery.
  • In most cases, a signature will be required upon delivery.

Returns

If you need to return an item to SB Trade online, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Please contact us by phone 07460399877 or email on [email protected]. This way we’ll be able to determine whether you would like to return the product for a refund or whether you’d like to exchange the product.
  2. We’ll now be able to give you a returns number. This returns number will need to be clearly marked on the outside of your parcel. Please note, faliure to mark a returns reference number on the outside of your parcel may result in a delay in processing your return.
  3. Once we receive the item we’ll be able to proceed with a refund or an exchange.
