Technical Details:

The set is designed to hold three spinning rods on fishing kayaks and belly boats (float tubes). Consists of a pair of rod-racks. The design of each rack comprises a 20 mm tube of 430 mm length, and three pairs of brackets with elastic clamps. The tube is connected with an adapter, which is fixed in the pre-installed mount on the vessel, by a tilt joint with 15° splines. To fix a tilt position a square knob nut is included. The assembly includes fasteners: six M6*25 DIN 963 screws, two M6*40 DIN 933 bolts, DIN 912 (M4*20 — 6 pcs., M6*20 — 6 pcs., M6*45 — 2 pcs.) screws, six M4 DIN 985 nuts, eight M6 DIN 985 nuts, eight M6 DIN 934 nuts, twelve M6 DIN 125 washers. The tubes are made of anodized aluminium with powder coating, plastic parts are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, brackets and clamps — of polyurethane. Fasteners — of A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel (except for two M6 DIN 934 brass nuts).
