Navigator Wind 360 is a new product from the “Navigator Group” company.
The increased interior space was achieved by making the original hull design. With an increase in the angle of deadrise, a smooth run and the necessary directional stability are achieved.
Advantage of an low-pressure inflatable bottom boat Navigator Wind 360:
1) Achieved a speed of 41 km / h. with a motor Mercury 15M for two passengers with their location closer to the transom !!! With one passenger the speed was 44-45 km/h.
2) The enlarged and spacious cockpit is realized by improved boat contours.
3) Using five-layer boat PVC with a density of 1100 g/m2 made in South Korea.
4) Variable diameter cylinders provide excellent stability and good seaworthiness.
5) The boat hull has 4 ring welds and 2 longitudinal welds. Hot air welding technology is used. This technology provides uniform heating of the fabric to be welded. Joints are made by joining “butt to butt” with welding the inside and outside.
6) “Welding” the interbody into the body of the cylinder.
7) The increased diameter of the cylinders up to 48 cm is one of the main indicators of the seaworthiness of the boat on large bodies of water. A protective bar is installed to protect the bottom cylinders from external damage.
8) The low pressure (0.3 atmosphere) inflatable bottom is comparable to a rigid floor.
9) Longitudinal radials increase the stability of the boat, have the “effect” of cutting off the water flow from the bottom, which leads to an increase in boat speed.
10) Installation of a transom interceptor allows a solid connection of the transom with the bottom and reduces the overall resistance of the water in relation to the movement of the vessel
Standard equipment for a boat with an inflatable bottom Navigator Wind 360:
1) Welded cylinder construction with three independent pressurized compartments. The inner partitions of the cylinders are reinforced with reinforced PVC.
2) A protective bar is used to protect the inflatable keel and cylinders from external damage. Along the entire length of the keel is installed 6 strip, along the cylinders 12 strip (length 1 meter closer to the transom).
3) A 0.3 bar pressure relief valve is installed in the bottom to relieve excess pressure.
4) A 9 cm wide gunwale is installed around the perimeter, which is used to protect the sides of the boat.
5) On the outer perimeter are glued to the rails for passenger safety.
6) Reinforced stationary transom made of water-resistant plywood 24 mm thick. is glued into the aft part of the cylinders. On the inside and outside of the transom, moisture-resistant plywood covers protect the transom. There is a drain valve at the bottom of the transom.
7) A reinforced transom interceptor protects the underside of the transom from damage in shallow water.
8) An anchor cable is attached with an eye ring in the bow of the boat.
9) For ease of transportation, two handles are situated at the tips of the balloons.
10) A unique method of securing oars/locks enables bench placement throughout the entire length of the boat. Seat attachments have been maximally elevated for passenger convenience.
11) Two movable seats, each 23 cm wide, offer easy adjustments along the full length of the guides.
12) A 6-liter foot pump is provided.
13) A PVC boat repair kit is included.
14) A user manual is provided.
15) Small craft certification is included.
16) Packaging includes one bag for the boat and one for the deck.
17) Basic colours available: light grey, dark grey, olive, green.
