Please note one of our team will be in touch as soon as possible with the results of our findings, and someone may be in touch to ask for more information, including more photos and/or a video of the fault. This process can take time as we work with our suppliers to reach a suitable solution for all parties when possible. Please note that warranty length and conditions will depend on the brand and type of item.
